No, you can't book a same day return using Snap.
Snap tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-cancellable.
Our usual terms and conditions apply for delays if you’ve booked using Snap.
You’ll be given the option to sign into your Club Eurostar account when making a booking with Eurostar Snap, so you can earn points and bonus points and you'll still have access to our Eurostar Lounges and priority ticket gates if your club tier allows. You can also spend points on Snap bookings.
However, the usual flexible travel perks for Avantage, Carte Blanche and Étoile members will not apply to Eurostar Snap bookings – Snap passengers can't travel on any Eurostar train to their destination on the day of their booking nor hop on the Eurostar train before or after the one booked, for free. The Club Eurostar class upgrade benefit also can’t be used in conjunction with Snap tickets.
For now, you can't book a seat with Snap for kids. If they are under 4, they can travel for free with you without a seat reservation.
Seat selection is not available on Snap for now. If you're travelling as a group, we can't guarantee you'll be seated together.
You can't use a discount code when booking with Snap. But you can use an e-voucher.
You can't book a wheelchair ticket. This is because the fares for wheelchair users available on eurostar.com are cheaper than Snap tickets.

Just book your ticket using Snap as usual and then call our contact centre to book a companion ticket or a space for your guide/assistance animal. We request you pre-book at least 24 hours before the departure date and time.

**Bookings can be made up to 14 days before travel on our routes to/from London or up to 8 days before on all our other routes.
***The analysis by EcoRes uses average CO2e emissions per passenger travelling 1km. The calculations used 2022 internal data from the entire Eurostar-Thalys network (annual consumption of traction electricity, number of passengers transported, number of km travelled by these passengers), and CO2e emission factors attributed to traction electricity produced in the respective countries crossed. For thermal cars, the emissions factor used is average for a combustion-powered car (averaged fuel) on a long-distance journey at 171gCO2/km considering 2.2 person per car, taken from the ADEME (French Agency for Ecological Transition) Carbon Base. Calculations for the average CO2e emissions per passenger for flights used combustion emissions from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) calculator, with additional upstream emissions data (WTT) based on DGAC (direction Générale de l’aviation civile) ratio of 22%. Non-CO2 effects (condensation trails and cirrus clouds) were not taken into account. More information on eurostar.com.
