Snap is an offer whereby a customer can book a train ticket for a certain day without knowing the train time at the moment of booking and get a lower price. The mechanism is “you pick the day, we pick the train, you pay less”.

1. The tickets are available on https://snap.eurostar.com.
2. The tickets are subject to availability.
3. The tickets are for journeys made on Eurostar to /from various destinations, subject to availability, in Standard class only. Therefore, Club Eurostar passengers cannot upgrade Snap tickets to a Standard Premier/Comfort ticket.
4. You must travel to and from the destination indicated on your ticket.
5. It is possible to book single and return tickets, but same day returns are not possible.
6. The tickets can be booked for 1 to maximum 4 passengers, must be understood under the term passengers: adults. We can’t guarantee that all passengers on the same booking will be seated together.
7. When you book, you will see a day slot with mystery time. You will not be able to choose the time of departure or the seat number. We will let you know this information at the latest 48 hours before departure.
8. Eurostar may require the creation of a dedicated account on its reservation platform for logistic purposes.
9. No exchanges, refunds, cancellations, or transfers are possible.
10. Wheelchair user spaces and companion fares can be booked by following the usual process at https://www.eurostar.com/uk-en/travel-info/travel-planning/accessibility. The conditions of carriage apply as regards the minimum time limits for requesting assistance. Please see article 24. 11. Snap tickets are valid for the departure time indicated on your ticket only.
12. Club Eurostar flexibility benefits cannot be used in conjunction with Snap tickets. Therefore, passengers may neither travel on any Eurostar train to their destination on the day of their booking nor hop on the Eurostar train before or after the one booked, for free. 13. Other discounts or promotions cannot be cumulated with the "Snap tickets”.
14. Snap tickets cannot be used with Eurostar package bookings or in conjunction with any fees (e.g., hotels, insurance, car rental).
15. Snap tickets can be booked several times by the same passenger. There is no limit in use.
